Lauren Goldie is a London based Artist and recent graduate from an MA at Central Saint Martins. She was recipient of the 21/22 UK/EU Postgraduate Award and winner of the 2022 Cecil Collins Memorial Award. She has exhibited in solo exhibitions at the Bankside Artist Space in London and the Winchester Gallery. Her numerous group exhibitions include Public Encounters at Dubulti Art Station in Latvia and IPBSZERO, a collaboration with CASS Faculty of Art and Whitechapel Gallery. She was honoured in 2017 with winning the Broomhill National Sculpture Prize. Goldie’s research is Astrophysical, exploring storytelling and the imagery to confront real, environmental issues.

- Upcoming exhibition: Lauren Goldie & Jonathan Wright, 'Oscillations' at Second ActCurated by Wayne Warren, ‘Oscillations’ documents the work of Lauren Goldie and Jonathan Wright. The exhibition uses sensory engagement to explore technological advancement. Lauren’s research connects through the repetitive actions of asteroid mining equipment, and the migration from raw to processed material. Jonathan interacts with oscillating radio waves and artworks of confliction; they pose as objects of purpose with unidentified functions. The outcome of both artists are objects of utility
- Source Material‘Source Material’ is a free exhibition open from 14th-30th of September at Morley Gallery, London (SE1 7HT) with a private view on Thursday 14th 6-8pm. It celebrates the results of the Zsuzsi Roboz Scholarship, an annual prize awarding two artists access to courses across Morley College, London. 22/23 winners Lauren Goldie and Eimhin Moran spent the year rethinking their materials and process to consider constructed, social and extraterrestrial landscapes.
