  • • Coordinate global town halls including venue, third party management, presentations, cue cards and post production metrics • Plan and lead all-staff events and coordinate themes, food/beverage, IT, budget and communication plans; events include Summer Parties, Christmas Parties, Sochi Olympics Spotlight, monthly film screenings, and sport viewing events • Support Chairman and his PA during senior executive onsite meetings • Provide support to visiting executives for external events, screenings and meetings • Manage corporate communications budget by creating purchase orders, invoicing and tracking allocation of all charges • Design and build quarterly corporate communications reports that are presented to senior leadership team • Photograph film/tv talent and events for promotional communications circulated internally • Design content for newly launched Jive intranet and maintain group pages • Plan executive events including communicating with internal/external executive guests, liaising with venue, overseeing a budget, coordinating travel, arranging food, gifts and transportation • Organize Chairman’s monthly staff roundtables by composing communications and managing guest lists • Coordinate post-event communications and collate data to capture engagement and feedback in follow up from large events • Manage a complex diary, handle confidential information, arrange international travel, book video conferences, inbox management and assist with personal needs • Arrange and lead onsite/offsite team conferences: venue coordination, material preparation and post event communications
