Portrait Pals is an artist marketplace selling pet portraits.
Our mission is to strengthen the connections between people and their loved ones and honour the memories they love the most.
We value people (and pets)! Our products are a representation of you and your values. Your aesthetic, your taste, your individuality, your story. We recreate your favourite moments in the artistic style that speaks most to who you are.
We support charities via two channels. Online, 20% of marketplace sales are given away. On the ground, we participate in charity events where a handful of our illustrators volunteer their time to draw pet portraits live. On event days, we sell portraits for a lower fee of which all profits are donated.
We currently work with trusted local animal charities who are responsible for animal rehoming and combatting dog homelessness in the UK. These include All Dogs Matter, Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue, and Cinque Ports. We are currently reaching out to charities across different sectors to get involved with.
We think it is important for people to know that the money we give away is going to trusted organizations. That is why we always make sure we run a vetting process before establishing new relationships with charities. As we grow, we want to keep those relationships strong so we can better help.

- Creating specs for new products and cataloguing prices
Business Management:
Invoicing/ Making Payments-
- Creating and chasing invoices for stockists
- Paying suppliers and utilities
Organising Accounts
- VAT Returns and record-keeping
- Compiling monthly Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Reports
