A highly motivated and internationally minded young individual with both professional and educational experience in 4 different countries. I have considerable experience in PR, communications, social media marketing, event & media management having undertaken many voluntary internships and event placements over the past few years. Combined with my customer service skills gained from the retail industry my experience and enthusiasm has recently allowed me to be promoted from a volunteer position to a press operations assistant for the 2015 England Rugby World Cup.

Running Twickenham Media centre help desk and assisting press operations on pre-match and match days gaining skills in media organisation, management and relations.
Responsibilities
-Managing the press workroom, volunteers, distribution of tournament information and media relations.
-Management of ticket distribution for press and photographers, VAPP programme (press parking permits) and assisting in the running of post-match press conferences and mixed zone areas.
Travel Consultant

Employed by Flight Centre Travel Group to work at the My Adventure Store as a travel consultant gaining skills in organisational planning, time management, online booking systems and stakeholder relations.
Responsibilities
-Organising and planning clients travel itineraries, budgets and required documentation for travel.
-Achieving personal and store budgets and maintaining close relations with stakeholders.
