So what kind of Creative Director am I? Well I create a variety of advertising communications. This includes everything from big campaign ideas, social content, film, activation, shopper marketing, to brand and tone of voice guides. I have worked in big and small advertising agencies, in-house, production companies and directly to clients. Some of the big advertising companies I have worked at are: Adam & Eve DDB, AMVBBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, JWT & BBC Studios. I have over 20 years experience and I still have a healthy curiosity for the latest tech, new ideas and anything original. I consider myself to be strategically focused and I'm interested in the way a brand looks, sounds and feels like in any space it occupies. What excites me are ideas, of any kind. There are no ‘lesser’ channels for me. My passions are working with people to create big emotive ideas that solve business problems, enter popular culture, win awards but which ultimately grow the brand. My strengths are coming up with and leading creative teams to create big multidiscipline ideas that are beautifully executed and incredibly effective. Over the course of my career I have won awards and been recognised at every major awards show including Gold, Silver and Bronzes at Cannes, Silver, Graphite and Wood Pencils at D&AD, Gold and Silvers at Clio’s, Golds at Eurobest, Golds, Silver and Bronze at Creative Circle. These were across Film, Digital, Poster, Press, Poster, PR and Radio. Oh, and I also have a better sense of humour than this description suggests, so please don’t be afraid to get in touch.

Seven weeks after leaving university my partner and I landed a job at Leo Burnett. Whilst there I produced award winning work that helped them become the number one film agency in the world at Cannes. This included winning a Gold and Bronze lion and a silver D&AD pencil. With Kellogg’s I also got people to look for the early signs of osteoporosis in a press ad that won a Eurobest gold.
