The focus of my Master was on Media & Business. This included courses in New Media in Corporate Culture, Branding Strategies, Strategic Mass Communication, and Leadership Strategies. My Master Thesis (graded with 8.5) was more focused on the cultural sector and analyzed how museums can use the customer journey phases to improve their digital strategies. The research in collaboration with the Rijksmuseum included international museum experts from the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Denmark, Slovakia, Spain and the Netherlands.
