About me
A photographer and curator who's work examines my experiences as an Afro-Latina intersectional feminist. Originally from South Florida, and now currently based in London.
My multimedia works are both analytical and introspective. The work emphasizes on capturing representations of intersectional communities in society, as well as paying attention to the relationship between people and their spaces. My curatorial practice expounds upon and creates themes within the uncomfortable and profound conversations that many artists address.
My recent 2022 photographic series, Womxnhood, is a series that sheds light on the very differences that build the foundation for agency and subjectivity of the artists portrayed. As part of this series, I explore intersectionality, identity, sacred spaces and vulnerability.
