Lavinia Stewart-Brown started her career working at GQ Magazine as an assistant on the Picture Desk. This lead her onto Magazine & Agency work placements in New York, Melbourne & Sydney until she decided to return back to London. Having a creative imagination and attention for detail, she decided to take on a role within the Events world and put her skills to good use at Chance Organisation.
Over the last seven years, Lavinia has worked with some of the most iconic venues in London and the UK, planning tailor-made private parties, organised large charity galas for up to two thousand guests and produced awards ceremonies and launches attended by the Royal family. She has also designed weddings and birthday celebrations around Europe, all to an exceptionally high standard with professionalism and creativity. Lavinia has been privileged to work with some of the biggest names in the music and entertainment industry both for corporate and private clients and created strong relationships with the best suppliers.

Demonstrated history of working in the events industry for several years before starting Stewart-Brown Events.
Create and project manage events ranging from large budget private parties, corporate events, weddings, fundraising charity events and awards ceremonies for luxury organisations and brands.
This includes briefing, coordinating and negotiating with all suppliers (creative designers, technical production teams, caterers, photographers, venues, entertainment agencies, marquees and furniture suppliers) to ensure a budget-driven but exceptionally successful event.
I troubleshoot and manage events from start to finish ensuring all client expectations are excelled. Preparing and continuously adapting detailed proposals, budgets, briefing creative teams and creating imagery and visuals to fit in with the clients expectations.
My events regularly incorporate stage management for performances from bands, big named singers, DJs, comedians, circus and theatrical performers.
Additional regular tasks including pitching to new clients and meeting directly with existing clients to advise on creative ideas. I have previously sourced and interviewed prospective employees for past companies.
In the past, I have worked with other sectors such as Photography, Journalism, Customer Relations, Operation Management, Advertising and Press Relations.
