    • Responsible for development of all product from conception through to handover to production • Responsible to ensuring development timelines are accurate and adhered to and all targets are met accordingly. • In charge of creating and maintaining the Development budget as well as end of season reports and season upon season comparisons. • In charge of all CMT and Fully Factored product and building and maintaining relationships with all factories and suppliers. • Responsible for sourcing new fabrics and development techniques including; print, woven’s, denim, leather, knitwear, embroidery and trims. • Work closely with design team and pattern cutters to ensure efficient and effective development from sketch through to finished garment. • Work closely with garment technician to ensure a high standard of finish on all product and to solve issues and challenges prior to production handover. • Work directly with suppliers and factory to ensure deliveries and timelines are adhered to. • Attend Fabric & Trim tradeshows including Premier Vision to source new fabrics and techniques as well as maintain current relationship with suppliers. • Organize and oversee all fittings ensuring all garments are correctly fitted and all changes are updated. • Oversee the design and development boards ensuring they are kept up to date and ready for all design and development meetings. • Updating and maintaining Zedonk with all raw materials, suppliers and garment information. • Ensure each seasonal collection is handed over to production with all relevant information to ensure a smooth transition into Production.
