I was co-ordinating a wide range of animation projects at this Oscar-winning studio. Managing the constantly changing diaries, admin and production tasks needed for a large and exciting slate. My proudest achievement is that I co-produced the short film ‘The Day I Became a Bird’ with director Andrew Ruhemann. I learnt how to lead a team and get the best out of everyone while hitting deadlines and prioritising tasks.

This Disney movie which was the first UK fully CG animated feature film produced in the UK under Locksmith. I managed the schedule for the edit department that consisted of incredibly tight deadlines and complex ripple effects to the other departments that needed constant deliberation and problem solving. I took detailed notes and ensured all decisions made in meetings were actioned and completed.
