Campaign CoordinatorKings Head Theatre

The King's Head Theatre is embarking into a new era. They will move to a new purpose built theatre (a 250-seat auditorium and 85-seat studio) within the Islington Square development, allowing the theatre to realise a creative and financially sustainable future.
Working closely with the Executive Director and Project Manager, my role in this project was to maintain momentum and ensure the success of the capital campaign. Responsibilities included, organising meetings, report writing, tracking campaign activity, maintaining the budget, and organising campaign events.
My role was made redundant due to a lack of funding for the project, thus forcing the project into hiatus.
Key contributions:
✓ Provided administrative support and act as an information hub to the capital campaign team, providing essential information to support grant applications and planning applications
✓ Managed the project budget, ensuring the forecasts and actuals are up-to-date, and invoices paid
✓ Secured a £3,140 City Bridge Trust grant to allow the theatre to fund an access audit which will allow the new theatre space to be accessible to all and to create a standard of excellence with regards to visitor and performance experience
✓ Gained gift aid status for the theatre to allow them to secure revenue on eligible donations
✓ Secured £800 worth of prizes for the 2018 La Traviata Gala charity raffle. Raising £1,145, the raffle was the highest earning raffle since the theatre starting running galas. The gala raised £15,000 in total.
✓ Undertook additional tasks that are required to support the Artistic and Executive Directors, including diary management, arranging VIP site visits, and minor fundraising tasks

Ticketing & Data Manageropera holland park

Based in Kensington, Opera Holland Park hosts an annual festival of fully staged productions in a setting that combines the best aspects of urban and country house opera under one roof. The opera also has an all year programme of performances, discussions and cultural events in partnership with local venues.
This was freelance position leading on a full audit and subsequent development of OHP's CRM database, including management of ticketing operations. Provided data-driven business intelligence support to Marketing, Development and Finance.
Key contributions:
✓ Identified that the Opera would benefit from a simplified CRM database. Managed the CRM database migration from Tessitura to Spektrix; led the testing team, ensuring all issues were raised and addressed by Spektrix prior to implementation. Facilitated communication between all parties and ensured requirements were met
✓ Delivered an improved web purchase path for the 2018 season, ensuring on-line messaging was easily understood and relevant to the product being purchased, resulting in a 13.5% increase in ticket sales and in a 7% increase in hospitality package sales
✓ Stream-lined the pricing structure resulting in simplified sales reporting and financial reconciliations
✓ Introduced specific concession price types to allow in-depth analysis of those customers purchasing concession tickets, and pricing rules to allow members to take full advantage of their discounts online
✓ Acted as ticketing agent for charity partners who hired the theatre for their own events, ensuring their ticketing needs were met
✓ Coordinated data cleansing of the database including, duplicate management and address format correction, implementing automated processes where possible
✓ Trained and mentored staff on the innovative use of Tessitura and other digital systems used by the opera
✓ Configured the CRM database and website in readiness for GDPR compliance; resulting in re-engagement from over 10,000 customers
