In any role I have held, I have sought to find out two things. Firstly how and where I can input to make a real improvements that lasts. Secondly what can I learn from the experience, that will enable me to grow and develop into a better person.
I strive to produce exceptional work by consistently setting the highest examples of good practice and going above and beyond in every role I have held. My goal is to understand a role, become an expert and then help others to better themselves.
As an artist and photographer I am constantly reflecting on processes, techniques and experiences, which follows me into any career experience.
