    Work closely with the Creative Director on developing creative concepts and ideation proposals. Create decks for client proposals/meetings. Oversee scripts provided by the script writers to see if brief is met. Create briefs for relevant team members. Oversee and direct projects from brief to sign off and make sure deadlines are met. Oversee all shoot aspects, as well as make sure the correct content is being filmed on the day. Work at relevant events as a producer if needed. Track time spent on projects on PM system for budgeting purposes. Source freelancers and continuously add to little black book. Manage relationships with freelancers on relevant projects. Make sure all relevant assets are ready before project begins. Representative of the Creative team for the Processes Team. Part of the agencies Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Forum.

Time report all teams hours for projects. Make sure deadlines are met.
