A bit about me, I’m an enthusiastic and skilled project manager with 10+ years of experience across a range of industries, including music, advertising, branding, marketing, software development and finance.
I have a keen interest in cognitive behaviour and artificial intelligence which has translated into my professional life. My passion for cognitive behaviour has given me unique insight into human behaviour, which I have put into practice to drive success for my teams and clients.
Creativity is a large part of my daily life and I use it to think differently from everybody in a room. My interest in AI and programming has allowed me to bring new ideas and solutions to the table, leading to successful project outcomes in Agile environments.
I have the proven ability to manage various clients and bring their business ideas to life with my PRINCE2 Agile certification adding value to my practical skills in applying the best PM tools to fast-paced environments.
I bring a wealth of intercultural and interpersonal skills to the table, developed through my international background and a degree in International Economic Relations and Business Management from Latvia and Norway. I am an effective communicator, fluent in English, Latvian and Russian, and always eager to engage with clients and team members to drive results.
