I have worked alongside Leon for some time now and during this time Leon as done some exceptional work as a talent scout. discovering our current artist Mimsi Kitchener who as a very promising career ahead as well as finding and working with talented artist Allegra and Jessie Bull. He has shown great leadership skills in the way he as help to develop these artists.
Leon’s general work levels with our Music Producers have been a great help to everyone involve with Rockizm Music. He always has his finger on the pulse. This has enabled us to know which direction to go in. He has a great awareness and knowledge of social Media as well as current affairs.
Leon is most definitely a team player and a credit to any team that he works in one of Leon’s talents is fashion and styling. With this expertise Leon was able to give well need advice with regards to styling one of our artist for her first Music video. Due to his advice Leon saved us hundreds of pounds.
