As the front of house, I was faced with helping to keep the salon running smoothly from the time I entered to the time I le . A strong use of my customer service skills was required along with an authoritative manner to ensure that both clients and stylists were happy. I also had to ensure that we were meeting targets by liasing with Head Office with productivity reports.
