Directing brand and the design arm for a scalable in-house Studio team, managing workflow, sourcing and briefing external talent, agencies and suppliers and directing projects through to execution and delivery. Brainstorming, presenting/pitching ideas and creative solutions to key stakeholders for clients, B2B client communications, brand marketing and global new business pitches. Directed the agency’s global brand identity, collateral and marketing refresh across all channels in 115 offices in 86 markets for 7,000+ employees. As global brand guardian, working closely with the Global Head of Marketing to help shape the business for external agency communications to raise the agency’s profile. Design Lead for the PLUS brand identity; CHANEL’s bespoke global media agency, comprised of Ogilvy & Mather, MEC and Mindshare. The brand was rolled out to 300+ employees in 31 markets, inc. Paris, London, New York and Shanghai. Design Directed the 2015 and 2016 Rolex Global Advertising Guidelines, a global standardisation of all brand formats for products, events, testimonees and partnerships. The 34 manuals were rolled out to 33 key Rolex markets with 150 copies for their Head Office in Geneva.
