- Led, developed, and improved the creative direction for both cosmetics brands: IOMA Paris and its sister Made With Care.
- Created a new aesthetic for IOMA Paris: from a dark-technoceutical brand to a fresh, elegant and airy cosmetic brand.
- Designed a rebranding concept and directed the creative relaunch of Made With Care within 3 months.
- Coordinated and managed visual production for all acquisition channels: print (brand book, leaflet, flyer), retail (display, POS, poster, kakemono, tester bar), digital (newsletters, banners, sliders, social media posts and campaigns, eCommerce) and packaging (artworks, cartons, gift sets and cases).
- Supervised, trained and coached 2 design interns.
- Sourced and led external stakeholders (freelancers, photographers, agencies, printers)
- Coordinated 8 photo and video shoots within 9 months (packshots, lifestyle, key visuals, product application, social campaigns).
- Handled the annual design attributed budget.
- Ensured brand consistency across the world (Europe, Asia).
- Collaborated and liaised with all internal stakeholders.
