- Urbanscapes 2013Urbanscapes is a creative arts festival in Malaysia. This all-day festival attracts over 20,000 attendees and features the best talent, internationally and locally, in music, art, and much more. - Grizzly CafeGrizzly is a Malaysian-based cafe that offers corporate folk and urban dwellers a cosy escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Shying away from the usual franchises, Grizzly serves fresh artisanal coffee and delicious bites. My challenge was to create the look and feel of a residential cafe within 500 square feet of a shopping mall. - Ben's General Food Store Barn Butchery BrochureBen's General Food Store is part cafe, part delicatessen that offers hearty wholesome Western food, with pizza and fresh salad as their speciality. To highlight the new butcher in house, we not only created some witty ads playing on the butcher's name, but designed an A5 publication that provides customers with information on Daniel Greig, the butcher, and the selection of meats available.
- MonstagramMonstagram is a fun online service that allows you to print your Instagram photos on polaroid-sized prints and magnets that gets delivered straight to your doorstep. My job was to design the logo, homepage and packaging design. The logo had to be simple, fresh and fun. The packaging complemented the brand as it was interactive and mimicked the function of a polaroid.
- Ephemeral GoodsEphemeral Goods is a work-in-progress video from a four week self-intiated brief that is not outcome-driven. For this project, my three main keywords were: ephemeral, consumption and sustainability. I wanted to communicate how we perceive single-use goods, like coffee cups and water bottles, as temporary, when they actually use up a lot of resources and take years to fully decompose.
