Managing different market websites for BLOCH’s primary and new brands on various platforms, in house CMS and Shopify. Managed complex stakeholder structures by providing localised marketing collateral for worldwide BLOCH events, and worked within time critical deadlines in a high-pressured environment. Set clear, measurable objectives to improve the performance of operations while supporting colleagues, and communicating the value of campaigns, tailoring to the business operations.
• Developed and maintained a project plan for operations/campaigns by establishing requirements, then implementing strategy.
• Interpreted operation requirements and translated the objectives into project deliverables to match the business values.
• Defined scope and schedule for projects - coordinated the operations and managed all relevant work-streams.
• Streamlined team processes to improve the planning and promoting of the Bloch brand to consumers.
• Addressed cross-functional risk identification, documentation and mitigation planning and recommended resolutions.

• Managed bi-weekly MailChimp newsletters, from briefing to creation, market segmentation and delivery.
• Implemented behavioural segmentation, alongside analytics data, which led to the most successful newsletter delivering a conversion rate of over 22%, bringing an increase to the company revenue.
