This role initially was mainly administrative duties and data entry of new clients into the system and dealing with client queries over the phone and implementing the renewal of client policies. It later changed for me to become a more accounts receivable role whereby I solely was responsible for issuing client invoices, monitoring and answering queries in the accounts receivable mailbox and also chasing up unpaid premiums.
