Events Management - First Class Degree Experience: • Venue & business management • Event design and production • Event operations and budgeting • Experience design • Human resource management • Sustainable practice Dissertation: I conducted an original study into the relationship between sustainable practice at small scale British music festivals and attendee satisfaction. The study revealed that attendees have an improved and more fulfilling festival experience if they know they are supporting a sustainably-minded organisation. A relationship between experience and behaviour was also identified with positive experiences leading to responsible attendee behaviour during and post-event.
