My roles at Collage were far reaching and extremely involved. Individually, I pitched my idea for a Spoken Word Music Video, generating 3D visuals and reference moodboards to aid my explanation and walk the client through my vision. My design was selected and the client further refined their brief.
I took the lead for the design and art department, working to a tight budget and quick turnaround, honing each team members skillset, whilst still allowing each of them, including myself, space and opportunity to grow and develop existing, and new, skills. I continually updated iterations of 3D models in SketchUp to render our design and identify any potential issues, allowing us to gain foresight and plan for whatever may happen during production. I worked with various materials to create sets and costumes for the design.
During production, I took on the roles as Production Assistant and Set Dresser, ensuring shooting ran smoothly and efficiently, through effective communication and an eagerness to produce the highest quality product as possible.
We were successful in our work, and I invite you to the 'They Came Before Us: History of Women of Colour in the UK' Exhibition in London, showing in October of this year.

Architectural AssistantSpacelab

At Spacelab, I performed various duties allocated to the Architects Assistant.
I aided in the creation of architectural drawings and planning submission sheets.
I also worked on a second project wherein I used 3D modeling to design iterations of handrail elements and produced documents to present the work to the Architect and client alike.
I thoroughly enjoyed working as part of a team on a live project as it provided many opportunities in which I had to master adapting to a changing situation.
