- INHERITUK social structure is founded in Protestantism, which believes that your usefulness to society is related to your ability to work. Many elderly are pushed to the side and placed in underfunded care homes. Age UK: Loneliness is a massive issue for people in later life in the UK. Half of all people aged 75 and over live alone, and 1 in 10 people aged 65 or over say they are always or often feel lonely – that’s just over a million people. The country is plagued with loneliness and demotivation as people get older.
- Rosetta MissionThis project aims to explain the ESA Rosetta Mission to the general public. In approaching this project, the essential information of the Rosetta Mission is selected and used as the content of this piece of information design. The design approach is inspired by constellation, polygonal modeling, Thomas Ruff’s Stellar Landscapes and Kohei Sugi- ura’s Cosmos Summa Cosmograohica.
- Hello! I’m Probiotics :0Highly commended, RSA 2015 The name of encyclopedia is called “Hello! I’m Probiotics :0” and the concept of smile face “:0” came from the number of our bodies bacterial cells outnumber our cells 10:1. The encyclopedia is an attempt to show that Where is microbiome from? How can you find they? How does our ‘microbiome’ work? What happens when it goes out of balance? How can we help to keep it in balance?… Two infographic educational encyclopedias are about probiotics(beneficial microbioes) based on the same informations and illustrations for 7-12 years old children and their parent. But the complexity of content and the design of book are different, the information for children is very simple and based on Subject content - Biology in National curriculum in England for Key stage 2 and 3, this book have a lot of paper engineering playful and interesting designs that aroused their interest. But the book for their parent is more academy. In this two books, the color of illustration that inspired by traditional Japanese prints. The colors are very comfortable and good for read. This two book can let children and their parent learn together, let parent explain more deeply academy information o their children.
