• Creative facilitationThrough in-house delivery of discovery phase for a long term transformation project I have honed creative facilitation skills. Creating an engaging space to learn and ideate is key to my approach. Drawing on design thinking principles I take groups through a process of problem framing, insight gathering, ideation, development, prototyping and user testing. Accelerating product and service development collaboratively builds energy and buy-in to push projects forward.
