I am an enthusiastic, passionate and organised individual with strong passion for creativity and business. I take pride in my time management skills and multitasking abilities demonstrated through balancing jobs, academic studies and multiple extracurricular activities. I am able to adapt to different situations and take full advantage of all opportunities. I am a strong communicator and relationship builder evidenent by co-founding a support network to help young people struggling with mental health issues. As Chair of the Loughborough Netball Club I managed the club finances, training and game schedules and social events, turning the club around from a loss making position to a profitable one.

The main purpose of my role working on the YouTube team is to work with high profile media companies and content providers on digital asset management and digital asset protection. Some of my responsibilities consist of recording and managing partner rights, CMS management and Data Analysis of UGC content to inform the business of trends, opportunities and client reports. I also work closely with the Audience Development and Channel Managers to ensure rights claims are made correctly.
