I completed a 6-week training program whereby I was tasked to put in to practice the 360-recruitment cycle. Duties included;
• Building client/candidate relationships through regular email and phone updates to ensure satisfactory understanding of client needs as well as candidate career goals.
• Writing job ads, Boolean search strings and email marketing to attract and source candidates.
• Securing client companies for the purpose of providing quality candidates for their open positions, including one of the most successful Swiss wealth and asset management firms in the world.
• Recruiting qualified candidates through networking, cold calling, Internet searches and advertising.

Guest vocalist as part of an eclectic musical trio who were given the task of providing appropriate musical entertainment for cruise guests every evening of the duration of our contract. A number of duties included;
• Entertaining passengers every evening to ensure they left every venue satisfied with their evening of music entertainment.
• Tailoring our repertoire to each individual crowd we encountered, making sure there was something in the set list for all to enjoy.
• Taking part in both passenger and crew safety drills.
• Adhering to the different dress codes presented on the ship each evening and ensuring we were always an impeccable representation of the P&O brand.
