Chasing for approval, batching and posting financial transaction.
Support the IT Transformation Partners’ WIP and debt management.
Ensuring client project revenue and costs are recognized correctly and billed timely.
Liaising with Credit Control to chase outstanding debt and resolve payment queries.
Month-End and Year-End processes, focusing on projects revenue recognition, forecasting write-backs and discounts.
Journal expenses and other job costs to accrue on relevant projects.
Maintenance of project data and commercial files ensuring they are audit compliant.
Dealing with ad-hoc audit requests, ensuring project data has a supporting audit trail.
Review weekly timesheets, ensuring true consultant time and revenue is recorded.
Assisting the Commercial Finance Manager(s) in providing financial, operational and strategic support to the Business Unit Heads, Partners and Senior Management
Building key reports and ensuring these are kept up-to-date to help identify unrecognised revenue.
Producing monthly reports of Business Unit Results, alongside the preparation and follow up of variance analysis.
