Laz Emporium is a gallery space, experimental print and lifestyle store, based in Soho. The latest project by Steve Lazarides, the man behind Pictures On Walls and Laz Inc. Laz Emporium collaborates with UK’s biggest artists to create special edition prints, homeware, custom furniture etc.
• Gallery lead on converting artworks for various medias; emulsion stencil screen printing, UV digital printing.
• Create print ready publications such as ‘Rave Captured’ from start to finish; photo selection, retouch, layout, graphic design and format for print publishing.
• Create designs / toolpaths for CNC routing and engraving.
• Produce print files and APs for large format and batch printing of high quality artist prints.
• Use artworks from collaborators to design layouts and artwork production files for ceramic collections, cushions and other homeware.
• Design custom patterns and prints for packaging unique to each artist collaboration or product.
• Produce PDFs and PPTs for meetings with investors, PR, and pitches for potential collaborators.
• Personal commendations from Jamie Hewlett, Jake Chapman, War Boutique and Charming Baker for artwork production skills.
• Artwork signage, exhibition text and tiles, sales brochures, flyers, and invites for gallery space.
• Assist in selection from photographic archive and retouch for print editions.

London College of Fashion is a school within the University of Arts London group, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses within fashion, beauty and communication industries.
• Deliver Adobe courses in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign covering; repeat pattern design, technical drawing for CNC operations, graphic design in vector and raster formats, advanced retouching using AI and hand-drawn methods, creative publication design and printing, realistic product mock-ups.
• Teach technical understanding of digital and print process; resolution, colour modes, typography and layout terminology.
• Demonstrate workflows across these software, put them in course specific context to create a relevant final outcome.
• Facilitate 1:1 tutorials with students to advise on their creative projects and provide technical assistance in using creative software and equipment.
