My main responsibility at Goldfinch was to manage both the business and personal diaries of the CEO and COO as well as undertake any ad-hoc professional and/or personal tasks as required. As the first point of contact for all external guests, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the company office by proactively assisting with day to day administrative tasks. Key tasks carried out whilst in this role; arranging external and internal team meetings; logging of new submissions/projects; compiling creative film decks to share with external production companies and talent agencies; submitting and managing of company expenses; ordering and managing of office supplies as required; meeting and call follow ups as well as co-ordinating film festival/trips for the team including all travel and accommodation arrangements.

I was responsible for the smooth running and organisation of the reception area, including managing the reception telephone, booking couriers, and keeping the reception area tidy and presentable at all times. Other responsibilities also included; diary management; greeting all external guests; general administrative duties including press cuttings; organising mail and filing; managing and organising all external and internal meetings; liaising with external vendors and clients on behalf of the business; all other general and ad-hoc office management and administrative tasks.
