About me
I am an enthusiastic university student with over two and a half years of work experience in both office and customer-facing roles. Through both my academic and career life, I have developed excellent communication and time management skills. In my spare time, I enjoy being creative, with my pursuits including sewing, painting, crocheting, knitting and the odd concert- I saw Elton John last year!

I create an efficient workplace by keeping the shared email box organised and scheduling virtual meetings with colleagues regularly. I send and schedule emails, communicating with participants and external networks. I am adaptable to work environments, currently working remotely when at university and in the office when in Cambridge. Much of my role involves handling sensitive data, which I can retrieve from databases and deliver when necessary. I ensure all databases and registers are up to date.
I recently co-facilitated a feedback workshop with participants, speaking to them individually and as a group. I found solutions to any problems they experienced and am currently working to execute them, with a particular focus on making our services more accessible to participants who are neurodiverse, disabled and/or mental health struggles.
In this role, I have learnt marketing skills: I make posters for Arts and Minds’ new programmes, often using photographs I have organised. I also run all the social media accounts for Arts and Minds, including X, Instagram and Facebook. I am confident in using Google Suite, Canva and Mailchimp.
