• Responding to briefs from Ford (both above and below the line activity) • Participating with the Creative Department in briefing the Production Department, planning and controlling the production of artwork to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget • Brand alignment: securing placemats, briefs, brand stories, scheduling alignment meetings, asset procurement (TV scripts, print layouts, video, etc…) • Collaborating with the digital account leads in preparation of recommendations, marketing strategies and actions for the client • Planning, analyzing and evaluating information and agency output relevant to assigned client projects
• Growing key accounts by pitching new ideas and solutions that can add to clients’ marketing mix • Driving client strategy across a portfolio of accounts and advising clients on how to achieve their business goals by utilising their digital marketing channels most efficiently • Developing a proactive action plan for my clients in order to meet their retention and budget targets • Identifying, proposing, upselling and implementing Concep’s communications solutions (mobile responsive email templates, our event app to name a few) in order to meet and exceed each customer’s ROI and service expectations
With experience in the email and mobile digital communication channels, and exposure to a suite of digital channels, I provided B2B strategic advice to Concep's existing client base. By aiming to enhance and optimise client performance and by helping to free-up resources, through reporting metrics and statistical measurement, I helped to show real ROI using Concep's communications solutions.
