Past two years I worked with around 100 different companies and helped them to tell the right story to represent their brand, product or even to recruit people. I worked with companies from Lithuania, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Paris and Dubai.
This year my team and I made a video series "if not us-then who", which reached over 150.000 views (for Lithuanian target it's a big number). It's stories about Lithuanians whom quietly, but meaningful work changes the world. It was our pro bono project.
Last year I started creating stories in Virtual reality. For me it looks like a really promising media of the future to tell stories in a different way.

While hosting a show I was always interested in the the ways to target a young audience which was not a radio listeners. This goal made me experiment. We tried to film our interviews so we could share it on facebook. By analysing video format I understood that it is more effective to send a message to young generation. This observation led me to start working in video production company.
I was always curious to see how other journalists are making their shows. Once I saw journalist that left her job and started doing video shows on youtube where she interviewed people on skype or google hangouts. That got me inspired and I tried similar thing in our show. In some cases interlocutor can't come to the radio station. When i didn't want to lose the story - I used Skype. Some interviews were even filmed and published on internet. This experiment worked perfectly and it gave an opportunity for interesting conversations and great shows.
