Lina is an art director, designer and a co-founder of Smartup Visuals: a boutique visual communication and design studio in London. She also works with Creative Direction and helps companies with their branding. Her clients: Ernst and Young, LinkedIn, Accenture, Amazon, Login, etc. Lina had gained degrees in Fine Art, Art and Media design, and Bachelors in Interior Design. Smartup Visuals is a London based boutique illustration and design agency. Lina has founded it with her co-founder in 2013. Since then, she managed clients and project all over the world (USA,UAE, Europe) being business for development and strategy, sales, creative marketing and art direction. Project concept and execution has also been in her hands. She has led and managed various art and design projects, often being hands-on the creative project process herself. Lina had built a strong client base at Smartup Visuals, ensuring creativity, efficiency, and quality in project delivery. Project strategy and planning was her responsibility. Lina had partnered with Tech company to innovate on the key service - Live Scribing. She participated and led the creative project while implementing Digital Scribing into the events app. This was a partnership led by technology and art. Lina as a business minded person had expanded Smartup Visuals portfolio by bringing the biggest branding and creative direction projects on board. One of those: the biggest Technology and innovation conference in Baltics - Login 2018. Lina worked on the whole companies' rebranding and Brand strategy. This project has involved a vast amount of sub-projects: branding and Art Direction, creative concept delivery, teams management (design, UX, PR, marketing) and guidance, design and print (publications, outdoor, etc.) management and execution, scenography design, etc. Lina also worked closely with Website and App design teams, who followed the Brand guidelines, creating digital products for this event.

Interior Architecture course where Lina improved her design skills and added some technical and spatial knowledge to her skillset: 2D and 3D design, research on concept and society, creative concept writing, presentation skills, team-work, and creative project management.

The scholarship is given to a few selected students to support their education.
