About me
Hi I'm Lina! Driven, creative, and passionate about meaningful storytelling, media, technology, and branding via insightful data. Born and raised in New Jersey, I stayed close to home and studied Television and Digital Media at Montclair State University. I landed my first job in the sports industry at the age of 18 at ESPN. Shortly thereafter, found a true passion for leadership and I eventually became a Leadership Consultant for Sigma Delta Tau headquarters. I was able to focus on expansion and recruitment within the organization. Currently, I am a national volunteer dedicated to developing chapter brands and empowering collegiate women. I decided after my year of traveling across the country it was time to get back to my dream company. For the past two years, I have been part of the ESPN remote production operations team focusing on project management and logistics with our remote crews. I have seized the opportunity to lead one of our team’s largest events: the Tennis Us Open and received two Standing “O’s” for my work on the tennis project. Working on such a large event, I have honed my attention to detail and my ability to collaborate across multiple groups inside and outside the department. Being able to create, collect, and analyze data that produces change made me realize I had a true passion for analytics. When I’m not working, I can be found practicing yoga, watching TED Talks, or planning my next adventure!
