Projects
- Founder. Women's Community Outreach Program, UCD.Creating a creative platform so that disadvantaged women's voices could be documented and heard in the community. We build Ireland's first outreach program in women studies creating a pathway to education by bringing lecturers into disenfranchised communities to teach film, art, sexuality's in local kitchens and community centers.
- Creative pathways in education.Using art, film, video, music and photography as creative pedagogical tools to support, enable and empower young people to access third level educational opportunities. I designed the young people's engagement program and won the creative educational award for the virtual community colllege.

Breakthrough work in LGBT media Ireland
I founded the National LGBTIQ photography Archive in Dublin. I was recognised with an outstanding commitment to equality and social justice award in the annual GALA. (Gay & Lesbian Award Ceremony in Ireland. I have run the gallery on a voluntary PT basis since 2009.
