  • In Place
In PlaceA website for In Place - the final exhibition for the 2014 graduates of BA Illustration at Camberwell College of Arts. The website followed the minimalist identity created by the exhibition’s identity team. I designed the website and it was developed by Tim Crook/Sprettynice
  • Doggy Delight
Doggy DelightBranding and website design for Doggy Delight, a Bristol and Bath-based dog walking and sitting service.
  • Rush Sans
Rush SansI created Rush Sans based on how I write letters when I am taking notes in a rush - analysing my own hastily scribbled notes to find the shortcuts I take to write quickly. In doing so I typeface that is completely digital but retains the individual quirks of my own handwriting.
  • Your Van C's
Your Van C'sI created the branding and designed a website for Your Van C's, a blog and podcast by Charlie Caskey about the Vancouver Canadians baseball team. Charlie's only requirement for the branding is that it had to have a beer in it. On this basis I created a 'team logo' for Charlie as a spectator, watching the game with a cold beer in hand.
  • Olive is a Lot of Things!
Olive is a Lot of Things!Olive is a Lot of Things! is an interactive storybook app for a pre-school audience, currently in development. The art and story are created by me, with the interactive elements being developed by Creative Technologist Tim Crook. Through Olive’s vivid imagination we see her undertaking a variety of exciting and colourful jobs - as a deep-sea diver, a jungle adventurer, astronaut, and artist. As Olive undertakes each of her imaginary jobs, she encourages the young reader to count the stars in the sky, draw pictures with her on an easel, and identify the colours of the bright fishes in the sea. At the end of the story, we identify some of the main objects, animals and people we have seen in the story and the reader is encouraged to match the correct phonic sound to each of these words. Olive’s story encourages the reader to use their imagination, and encourage their parents to join in with their pretend games too. Vitally, Olive picks a diverse range of jobs in her imagination, free of gender stereotyping or limited notions of ‘suitable’ games for girls. Olive is a bright and and imaginative girl, and as a main character can appeal to girls and boys alike.
  • Cake-ing the Biscuit
Cake-ing the BiscuitBranding and stationery for a Yorkshire-based bakery run by Jamie Hatch. I developed an identity that has a feminine aspect without being too floral or chintzy, with a nod to vintage food advertising and retro mascots, and reflects the fun, comical nature of the bakery's name.
