Lisa Fairbank is an Executive Producer and Series Producer and the co-founder of Brighton-based Factory Films - www.factoryfilms.tv. She has worked in independent production since 1996. She started her TV career researching and producing documentaries for Channel 4’s flagship “Cutting Edge” strand, including the controversial “Girls Alone”. Since then Lisa has directed documentary films and factual series for Channel 4, BBC2, BBC Learning, FIVE and Teachers’ TV, including A-Z of Your Head which won a Mental Health Media Award and the BAFTA nominated drama-documentary, Love Hurts.
Lisa co-hosts the Is TV for Me? podcast with her business partner, and Factory's co-founder Julie Heathcote.
