About me
With up to four years of CRM and email marketing experience, I have successfully pioneered new use of automation technology to optimise email marketing campaigns and established myself as a data driven creative who embraces opportunities to test and learn. I am passionate about the marriage of sales & marketing and know that a powerful CRM can be a conduit to this.     A role created for me to advise, consult and enable relevant marketing teams in the UKI geography with high value insights to deliver relevant client experiences that empower the community to be data driven. I have pioneered several projects developing personalised content for different campaigns which have in result tested, refined and adjusted our frameworks and processes. • Collaborated with the Ecosystem and Sales team to develop a leads tracking process to track the marketing ROI on Salesforce. • Orchestrated 3 successful journey builder campaigns, mapping out the desired customer journey based on the interaction with the email. Further showcasing client centricity by tailoring the copy to reflect previous exposure and engagement to content. Whilst reducing overall cost by over a £1K. • Spearheading a new approach to measuring ROI working jointly with the sales team to map and track marketing ROI against current pipeline, influenced pipeline and the subsequent win-rate following our marketing event. • Conducted 13 focus groups to inform and influence the data strategy. Resulting in standardised processes and frameworks, scalable depending on the project. • Collaborated with 5+ Global teams to share learnings, including Germany, Nordic, NL, LATAM, CMT Global. As well as delivered 9 Learning sessions to M&C community on data-related topics, including GDPR. • Coached a new team of interns on data governance, collection and use in time for the largest campaign with a dataset of over 2,000 clients. Of which were to be reached via emails, which generated an conversion rate of 35% and an open rate of 24%.
