Coordinating London and Touring productions:
The Osmonds: A New Musical |The Cher Show | Winnie the Pooh: A New Musical Stage Adaptation.
o Project managed The Cher Show performance on both BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing and ITV’s This Morning, boosting engagement, driving ticket sales and increasing revenue for the show.
o Simultaneously managing three large scale musicals from initial concept through to end of the run.
o Conducting interviews, contracting and negotiating deals to administer the engagement of actors, musicians, stage management and technical staff and the ongoing management of staff.
o Co-ordinating with outside marketing and press agencies, ensuring clear communications between agencies and venues. Managing show socials, of which I increased followers by 4K in the first month.
o Working with over 100K weekly budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on target, coding and keeping accurate records of spend efficiently.
o Responsible for the casting of the Broadway transfer of Winnie the Pooh to Riverside Studios, London.
o Conceptualising and managing photo shoots, successfully delivering these in demanding time periods.
o Editing and approving creative copy of show programmes to weekly deadlines.
o Organising Press Night events for up to 3,000 people in theatres across the UK.
o Running weekly payrolls for up to 70 staff members, managing invoices and petty cash across shows.
o Creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients and celebrities (Arlene Philips, Oti Mabuse, Johannes Radebe, Jonathan Rockefeller, BBC Directors and significant investors).

Narrative operates seven branded film, entertainment and kids’ TV channels on all major platforms in the UK.
o Responsible for the smooth running and daily administrative activities of a 50-person office: television producers/writers, media planners, creatives, digital content editors and production managers.
o Writing employment contracts and keeping accurate records of staff changes.
o Inducting new joiners, personally onboarding 40 staff who transitioned from SONY to Narrative.
o Coordinating office and working from home software, hardware and employee resources.
o Managing the office and company event budget, raising purchase orders and tracking spending.
o Responsible for employee health and safety; carrying out risk assessments and COVID-19 policies.
o Accurately updating and running the employee HR data system: BreatheHR.
o Successfully project managed the opening of a new office; lease agreement, interior designers and suppliers.
o Assisting the Creative team: scheduling Voice Over artists and Audio Engineers, managing the rota and raising purchase orders tracking spending against the creative budget.
o Marketing and Sponsorship: overseeing the sponsorship competition administration.
o Creating and building relationships with colleagues, investors, shareholders and clients globally.
o Organising company events; SONY to Narrative transition event, office Christmas party.
