Design Project ManagerFull Circle Performance and Production

A core member of the design team at a busy event production company based in central London. Producing, designing and project managing largely bespoke projects for a variety of clients, from product launches to corporate parties, no two projects were the same. Day to day responsibilities include creative development of clients brief,
mood-boards, quoting, 3D rendering, logistics, prop/furniture sourcing, producing custom props, dressing, invoicing and account management.
Key Achievements to date:
• Working with international tanning brand, St Tropez, on a custom launch of a new product. Having ownership on all elements of the event from design, visualisation, custom gifts such as branded moleskin notebooks, monogrammed lab coats, floristry and prop sourcing/dressing. This project was very time sensitive and many of the elements were handmade by myself and my team to ensure all details came into fruition from the vision I created. Ultimately, this resulted in a successful launch and a highly satisfied client.
• Implementing a busy and successful festive season working across many venues in central London, including several two month installations for key event spaces.
• Setting up creative nourishment trips for the company to encourage creativity not just for commercial purposes, but also allowing teams to draw on these experiences collaboratively, therefore creating stronger concepts down the line.
• Nominated to be a member of the social committee helping create an authentic company culture through team events and team bonding activities.

As a key UK head office role, I worked alongside the UK and International Store Design teams, to support the growth of both the UK and international standards. This required oversight of the procurement process, ordering and distribution of VM supplies and fixtures, to both new and existing global store environments. Furthermore, I supported the team in maintaining a consistent brand and global Store Design standard. An integral part of the role involved owning and assisting with project coordination, procurement of unique fixtures and fittings for new stores, store transformations and special projects. I provided support to the Project Manager and Senior Vintage Buyer with sourcing and creative tasks within the department.
Key Achievements to date:
• A particular highlight for me, was working alongside my team developing and implementing the ‘new store’ concept in the London Westfield store. Sourcing unique vintage pieces via antiques fairs and online, finding suppliers for specific details such as a unique mosaic mat, resin countertops durable enough for a store environment, creating one off rugs and refining paint choices to ensure a cohesive colour scheme throughout the store.
• Working on various stores in refurbs of store openings supporting the design team, reading architectural drawings to assess how custom fixtures can work in a space and their suitably to an in-store environment.
• Implementing successful biannual press shows, from concept design and development, through to execution and post-event debrief. This included 3D visuals, sourcing and project management.
• Working as a team player across various departments, helping bring to life key projects, aimed at boosting brand presence and developing global commercial reach. Most notably the collaboration event celebrating the Fearne X Cath Kidston collection.
