    Worked across all the PRH publishing divisions to produce and market a variety of events and brand led activations.     Festival Event Manager (Volunteer Position)Manor House Gardens Festival

    Project managed the 2023 Manor House Gardens Festival attended by up to 3000 people: one of the largest not-for-profit festivals in South East London. • Lead the team of volunteers across the planning and delivery of the festival; building the project timeline, managing workflow, assigning roles and leading team meetings. • Wrote and submitting a detailed management plan and risk assessment to the council and local authorities. • Developed festival site plans and managed suppliers including waste management, toilets, first aid, food and craft stall vendors and funfair supplier. • Recruited local businesses to donate prizes and sponsorship towards the festival, as well as recruiting and managing the onsite festival stewards. • Managed all supplier comms including the creation of stall holder information packs, vendor registration forms and approving health and safety documentation. • Collaborated with the creative and marketing volunteers to promote the festival including the design of digital assets, festival signage, an organic social media plan and proactively managing the festival inbox.
