I'm a writer and children's theatre and drama practitioner, currently focussing on the early years. I write research-led blogs and content on parenting and early childhood, create puppet shows for children, and run drama workshops for 3 to 8s every weekend in Hackney Wick. • Cai the ConkerAn online puppet show for children, exploring feelings of anger, their underlying causes, and what we can do to feel better!
• Story Time with LizzieThis Instagram project for MEplace has kept children reading and hearing new stories throughout lockdown. Each week would involve the reading of a new book, followed by at-home activities to extend learning and engagement.
• Jenny and Jamie - Fringe in SchoolsThis theatre in education project for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society used remote learning to encourage primary school children to consider the effects of social media upon their peer relationships.
