Lizzie has spent over a decade helping brands and start-ups design and develop products and services that their customers love to use. She is Co-Founder of Curve, a creative leadership company, believing that the difference between success and struggle is the ability to both conceive of new ideas and to get them out into the world in a meaningful way. She was previously Head of Innovation at global digital agency Digitas.
Lizzie was awarded the IPA’s Women of Tomorrow award for her strategic work, and is a regular judge for innovation awards including the WARC Innovation Awards and the Advertising Producers Association’s IDEAS award. She is a Director of Innovation Social, a Partner in Wok+Wine, a global events concept, profiled by Harvard Business Review as an example of the “economic case for serendipity” and the Co-Founder of The Steep Sessions, a programme bringing traditional tea culture into the workplace.
