I manage around 40 members of staff (Runners and Front of House). Along with this I help to organise and run various events held at the company and as well as manage various social media accounts for the company. I conduct interviews for potential candidates for the Client Services department and mediate between our department and the other departments within the company.
Answered the phones and transferred calls as and when necessary, organisation of ENVY operators via the use of ScheduALL, problem solved in order to alleviate other staff members from potential disruptions, greeting clients and dealing with any requests they may have, managed the building once everyone had gone home in the evening
Utilised ScheduALL software to conduct various tasks such as media logistics and staff and client organisation, cross-trained new starters, resolved issues and dealt with cliental needs, worked both alone and alongside other runners to conduct tasks efficiantly
Generation of Quarterly Monetary Policy Forum presentation, updated clients weekly on macroeconomic projections in the form of a newsletter, communicated with international clients, updated the Monthly Inflation Trend Report, worked alongside Senior Economists to conduct Research Projects,
