Extensive experience in design, typography, layout, HTML, CSS, and some basic knowledge of VBA programming are all result of my passion and enthusiasm not only for design but also for knowledge.
Despite my success as an independent and in-house designer, I have found that it is through a team that I have achieved my greatest potential. I was always striving to learn more and widen my skills, so part of my experience is tied to freelancing.
Through those two models of work I had privilege to work with different clients from similar and different cultures.
Time management became my forte, since tight deadlines are always somewhere lurking around the corner...

Created company logos, for betting company SuperSport, and branding, stationary, including letterheads, signature lines, and billboards.
Drafted weekly layouts for a 96-page print and online magazine, SuperSport, including image
manipulation, typography, import of sport tables, results, stats, and advertisements.
Worked as a collaborative member of the communications team, advocating for excellent
brand representation across all published media.
Maintained product data in project databases, files, and archives.
Maintained archives from 21 casino gaming providers.
Preparation of all formats for advertisement, print and online (web banners, notifications,
push notifications, email visuals), having on mind Dark Mode and Outlook problematic

Oversaw a staff of 2 in-house artists and 2 from daughter company, minus5, and 2 freelancers
so the branding stays intact.
Reviewed resumes and portfolios to find freelance graphic designers for additional projects,

EMAIL DEVELOPER
Coded multiple emails using HTML, CSS using Dreamweaver including proofing and testing
creative/content for accuracy through Email on Acid, to meet and exceed email standards.
All emails hand coded using VML for Outlook and taking into consideration Dark Mode on
different devices.
Uploading and testing templates in Optimove ESP and coordination with our data partners
and Casino CRM Operations team.
Collaborated with Casino CRM Operations data team to identify and execute testing strategy
(creative set-up).
Work within ESP to develop functional email templates designed around a mobile-friendly
customer experience (optimized for all devices).
Troubleshoot technical issues with email service provider representative and various internal
stakeholders if problems arise with tracking, implementation, or deployment of email
