    Create, and manage Store POS using paths for entire print plans, from concept work, window sign offs, print delivery to store. Create POS packs for campaigns detailing allocations, visuals and allocations for stores to ensure all campaigns are signed off and launch in good time and precision. Create and brief projects into the design team, according to the critical paths, in a timely and organised manner, giving clear and concise direction. Works in conjunction with the 3rd party POS provider, giving clear direction and costs to ensure all POS are proofed and delivered to agreed standards. Manage the POS budget – with flexible to business needs, getting the best value for money, and without compromising on quality. Work closely with the Merchandising department, keeping up to date on price files, range plans and any trial offers going on in store, enabling you to foresee and implement any new POS needed. Manage the delivery of campaigns into store, through the relevant distribution channels e.g. DC or couriers, via TNT, supporting to stores when needed. Brief new campaigns going out to stores and associated timelines, working closely with the Retail Operations department. Plan for new seasons with the Marketing department ensuring the business is informed on the efficient use of POS budget usage per campaign and flexibility of campaigns for maximise the value of spend. Monitor the Marketing plan and other business plans closely, updating critical path to match any changes. Manages any POS trials, monitors and reporting on success Manage POS hotline is manned on a daily basis; organise the allocation of campaigns; support store openings and maintain store templates. Create and maintain strong relationships with all areas of the business to enable POS activity to be completed effectively. Acting as the main go to on all POS related matters. Monitors the external retail industry, seeking out best in class, continuously looking to improve both the process and the end delivery
