With a solid foundation in the basic principles of marketing, my communication and time management capabilities position me ready to thrive in this challenging and energising position.
I am a well-spoken, articulate person with the ability to inject enthusiasm and creative energy into all areas of my career whilst maintaining a positive, professional attitude at all times. I am a consistent over-achiever, with the ability to build excellent relationships with members of staff and customers. Perhaps most importantly though, is my desire and passion to listen and learn new skills.
I am able to prioritise and make critical decisions in a confident, dynamic way. This includes motivating and mentoring other staff members and new starters – applying a can-do attitude that is both contagious and inspiring, I never keep my winning methods to myself and always maintain an open stance in regards to helping the team achieve and exceed productivity KPI’s. I have advanced skills in providing customer support - always aware of security and confidentiality issues as well as safeguarding information - upholding company standards, policies, promises and legislation.
With my experience, combined with my solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills, I believe I would be a perfect fit for this role. I think this position is a fantastic opportunity to go “outside the box” and achieve something exceptional.
