Full accountability for delivering market leading brand campaigns and flagship product launches. Managing a team of junior marketeers, I use customer insight as the foundation to create and execute our annual brand plan and growth strategy for the TV and Audio business. I am responsible for coordinating each campaign from end to end, from audience profiling and strategy development to agency briefing and delivery, and am in constant liaison with Samsung headquarters to ensure Global consistency. Throughout, I work with our PR, Digital and Social teams to deploy our campaigns with maximum exposure and cultural relevance. With ownership of this process end to end, I am able to track campaign effectiveness and deliver against ambitious brand building, demand driving and product sell out targets.
Full ownership of product launch for Frame TV from end to end and experience managing ATL & BTL brand campaigns across various TV & AV products. My responsibilities included creating and executing our product go to market strategy and developing more targeted in-life communications to drive awareness and brand consideration. I worked daily with external agencies & European HQ to identify key opportunities and create disruptive campaigns that resonate emotionally with our audience.
Experience supporting delivery of key Tablet, TV & B2B campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels. Responsibilities included managing asset creation for product launch, coordinating tactical BTL promotions and managing agencies, external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless and unique customer product journey. Became well versed in cost effective budget allocation and identification of key metrics to track success and ROI.
6 months experience managing PR programmes for international clients such as British Airways and BT. Work included building media relationships (both press and digital), centralised reporting & coordinating with PR agencies across Europe to ensure consistency. All work was undertaken in French.
