Held the Studio Manager position for a graphic design agency that produced branding, print and digital work. Utilised dynamic project management skills to maintain a smooth running of the studio and optimum creative output. Key achievements included: Project managing a quarterly digest magazine for South Square, a group of commercial law barristers. Briefed and managed freelancers whilst liaising with the client and printers to ensure all material was captured accurately and satisfactory. Managed a team of designers through busy periods of work flow; allocating projects, setting timelines and providing clients with cost estimates in accordance with their budget. Proof reading every draft of a commemorative coffee table book for Stanbic IBTC Bank, flagging any design errors prior to presenting to the client. Finalised the project by overseeing the complex print and production of the book during a visit to the printers, Stephens & George in Wales.
